This Telegram messaging program is totally free. This can be downloaded from telegram.org at any time. In this case, you need to double-click on the downloaded setup file and let it install. After installing the Telegram desktop program in Windows 10 you need to select the Telegram icon from the Start menu to access it. In Windows 8, you have to open the corresponding icon through the Start screen. This will open the Telegram application window.
How to use telegram app?
To use the telegram app for your first time, you need to click on the Start messaging button on the application window. Then type the phone number in the page that opens and click the Next button. The phone then receives a code. Now write it down and click Next again. In the last step, you have to enter your name and click on the sign-up button. This will complete the basic setup and access the program.

How to save contact number in telegram
To save your used phone number, click on the menu at the top left of the Telegram window, and then click on Contacts. This will open the Contacts box. Now click on the Add contacts button in the lower-left corner. This will open the new contact box. You can save the contact details that you want by entering the name and phone number here.
How to get call using telegram-app
To make a call to a saved number, select the number from the Contacts box. This will take you back to the Telegram main window. Now you can make calls by click on the icon like phone receiver at the top. Or you can write messages in the Write a message field below.
You can make a call with an unsaved contact number. To do this, click on the search icon at the top of the Telegram application window. Now you need to type in the name of the person you want to call. If the search icon is not displayed, type the name of the caller in the box at the top left. The caller will then be shown their names and details in the drop-down list if they have the Telegram software installed. Now you can select the desired connection from them and make calls.
Telegram account settings
To adjust the settings on your telegram account, click on the menu icon at the top left of the Telegram main window. (check 01 fig.)

This will give you the main menu related to the app. Now you can select Settings. (check 02 fig.) This will open the Settings screen.

The option you can see related to the notification setting, are as follows.
Desktop notification – If you do not want to receive a notification through the operating system when receiving a call, you must uncheck this option.
Show sender name – If you do not want to show the name of the caller, you must uncheck this option.
Play sound – If you do not want to hear a ringing after a call, you must uncheck this option.
Update automatically – If you do not want the Telegram program to update automatically, you must uncheck this option.
Launch telegram with system state – This option will give automatically open the Telegram program when you accessing the operating system.
Interface scale – You can adjust the size of the window.
Send by enter – If this option is selected, the message will appear as soon as you press the enter key on the keyboard.
Send by Ctrl + Enter – When this is selected, you must press both Ctrl + Enter keys on the keyboard at the same time to send the message.
Blocked users – You can block User accounts that make unwanted calls through this option.
Log out – With this option, you can log out from your user account.
How to delete telegram account
If you want to delete your telegram account properly, you have to follow these step mentioned below;
1 step; Log in to your Telegram account on your device and select ‘Settings’.
2 step; Click on ‘Privacy and Security’.
3 step; Scroll down to ‘Delete My Account if I’m Away For’ and change to 1 month.
If you refrain from using Telegram, after the one-month period is up, your account will be deleted, along with all your conversations and contacts.
